A focused container for tending to a single theme or challenge — planting a seed of transformation in one part of your story.
What it includes:
Three 2-hour sessions held over 4–6 weeks
Personalized tools to support stabilization and clarity between sessions
An opportunity to pause, listen deeply, and care for one piece of your journey
This container is ideal for exploring a specific theme or gently tending to what feels ready to emerge..
Deep Rooted Support
An immersive container for those ready to explore safety, trust, and depth in their relationship with their body.
What it includes:
Commitment: 3 or 6 months
Session length: Up to 2 hours, weekly or bi-weekly
Optional bi-weekly phone check-ins for support between sessions
A gentle, co-created program plan guiding your exploration of patterns, themes, and embodied growth
This container offers a relational journey where new ways of being are allowed to slowly take root — steady, supported growth without quick fixes.

A nurturing space for ongoing connection, resourcing, and replenishment.
For women who crave continued support but aren’t seeking one-on-one sessions right now, these circles offer a soft landing place to stay connected to their body’s wisdom, the rhythms of nature, and a community of like-hearted women.
Monthly/Weekly Circles — Live guided gatherings for grounding, focusing, and body-led exploration.
Seasonal Themes — Inspired by nature’s cycles, offering reflection and embodied ritual.
Private Community Space — For gentle sharing and connection.
This is a low-pressure, regenerative space, a way to remember, replenish, and root together.
