As an Intuitive Somatic Practitioner, I blend energy work and nature-based somatic practices to help others soften into themselves, trust their nervous systems, and remember the healing intelligence within. Rooted in my journey of deep personal healing, my work is body-based, soul-led, and shaped by the quiet teachings of nature.

Sacred Offerings

  •  A quiet space just for you.
     These sessions can take place in nature (local trails, gardens, forest spaces) or indoors in a warm, grounded setting.
     They include somatic awareness, nervous system and energetic  attunement, intuitive listening, nature connection, and space to simply be. You don’t need to come with a plan.
     Just bring your breath, your body, and your readiness to return.

  • A nurturing space for ongoing connection and a soft landing place with a circle of like-hearted women.

  • A nature-inspired, body-led approach that supports parents in exploring how their own patterns, emotions, and nervous system shape the way they show up with their children—opening space for presence, connection, and greater ease in family life.
