Your body leads this process I simply hold space, listen deeply, and guide gentle awareness where it’s needed.
Plant allies may support this stage, grounding, opening, or soothing as your system integrates new ways of being.

This work is grounded in relationship, with yourself, with me as witness, and with the natural world as a quiet source of regulation and remembrance.
