My work is guided by a nature-inspired wisdom I call F.E.R.N,
A way of attuning to the body, holding grounded space, and allowing new ways of being to take root.
F.E.R.N isn’t a program or a rigid process, it is the wisdom of attunement and care, a way of walking alongside you as you unravel what’s been tangled and remember what has always lived within.
F – Felt-Sense Awareness
We slow down and listen to your body’s quiet language, the sensations, patterns, and imprints of lived experience. This felt-sense becomes our compass, guiding the way back to yourself.

Your body is more than a vessel, it is a living, sensing being with a story to tell. Through somatic practices, intuitive attunement, and energy work, we create space for release, stabilization, and softening into wholeness.

Nature is a steady, nurturing container for this work, reminding us of our belonging to and with nature and its natural rhythms. Whether we meet outdoors or indoors, this space is held in deep relationship with the earth, with your body, and with your truth.
